Yuri Nemoto. From Japan, across the world, to the middle east…
Living in North America, Europe, East Africa and now the Middle East, Yuri has found her purpose in working with both youth athletes, and athletes competing abroad in new food environments. Tuned Nutrition reflects the 2-way collaborative approach that Yuri believes in. Working together with her clients and recommending best practices whilst listening to the athlete’s feedback to fine-tune recommendations for their preferences. This is not only how trust, engagement and a sustainable nutritional practice is built, but is also how the goal of behaviour change and peak performance is truly achieved.
